In the last 25 years, ANDP has developed, partnered in or financed more than 11,000 units of affordable and mixed-income housing in Metro Atlanta. Our development activity has included new construction and rehab of single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums and rental apartments. However, since the onset of the foreclosure crisis, ANDP’s development activity has centered on the acquisition, rehab and repopulation of vacant foreclosed homes. Our Foreclosure Redevelopment Program has impacted more than nearly 800 homes since 2008.

To further stabilize neighborhoods and preserve housing affordability, ANDP continues to focus on repopulation of vacant homes in our region. We are leveraging a number of federal programs as well as local partnerships to further our work.

HOME/CHDO Program – Also a federally funded, the HOME program has the distinction of pairing ready homebuyers who have a household income at or below 80% of Area Median Income.

ANDP Partner Homes – With shrinking federal resources for affordable housing programs, ANDP is working to identify private partners that enable the organization to continue single-family acquisition/rehab programs.

​

Rental Apartments – ANDP has more than 240 affordable apartments in three locations. For more information, including location, pricing and availability, please see the list to the right.

Rental Homes – ANDP has a number of single-family homes available at affordable rates. For a select number of these rental homes, tenants have the option to enter a lease-purchase arrangement.
