Veteran homebuyer assistance increased to $7,500!

It is an increasingly tough market to find a safe, affordable, quality home these days. ANDP is committed to increasing affordable housing options for veterans, active duty military, guard and reserve members, and Gold Star family members. We are pleased to announce an increase in our homebuyer assistance for veteran homebuyers. Qualifying veterans who purchase an ANDP home will be provided a grant of $7,500 (increased from $5,000 previously) toward closing cost and principal reduction.
