ANDP and Fulton County Partnership Provides New Affordable Homes in Fairburn
ANDP is pleased to partner with Fulton County to announce the completion of newly constructed affordable homes in Fairburn, Georgia. In June 2018, the Fulton County Board of Commissioners authorized the county’s HOME program to award $520,000 to ANDP for the new construction of four homes on Fellowship Road in the Trotters Farm community of Fairburn.
“Housing affordability is a growing concern for people across Fulton County,” said Chairman Robb Pitts. “We are pleased to partner with ANDP for this important intiative.”
ANDP has acquired, renovated or built nearly 550 homes in metro Atlanta since the foreclosure crisis began – including 100 in Fulton County. Through partnerships with HUD, local jurisdictions, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and more, ANDP has also connected more than 800 homebuyers with $13 million in down payment assistance – including $3.1 million to 176 Fulton County homebuyers.
“We are pleased to continue our work with Fulton County to address affordable housing needs of its residents,” said John O’Callaghan, ANDP president and CEO. “The County’s HOME program support for these homes not only ensures the development of high quality, safe and affordable homes, it also provides needed subsidy for homebuyer down payment assistance.”

Officials from Fulton County Government and HUD Southern Region join ANDP to officially cut the ribbon on four new homes constructed in the Trotters Farm neighborhood of Fulton County.

The homes were constructed with the Fulton County CHDO program, a HUD-funded program.
The four newly constructed homes are all currently available for sale at $180,000. As part of the Fulton County HOME program, the homes are available only to qualifying homebuyers who have a total household income of less than 80% of area median income. Qualifying homebuyers will also receive down payment assistance.
