• Up to $20,000 for qualifying homebuyers with household income <80% Area Median Income (AMI).

• Up to $30,000 for qualifying U.S. Veteran/Military homebuyers with household income <80% AMI

• Home sales are restricted to low- and moderate-income homebuyers with a maximum household income of 120% AMI. 

• No investor sales.
