TWELVE receives recognition for Soft Second Mortgage Program
ANDP congratulates its partners in the TWELVE Centennial Park Soft-Second Mortgage Program for recent recognition.

The program was recognized as a finalist in the Urban Land Institute's Terwilliger Center Workforce Housing Models of Excellence Awards.

The program was also recognized as a finalist in the Georgia Department of Community Affairs Magnolia Awards.

The Program

As a part of the Eastside Tax Allocation District, the new TWELVE Centennial Park luxury condominium and hotel development includes a few select homes that will be offered for sale at a subsidized price of $144,000 for one-bedroom homes. The rest of the market value (up to $250,000 in some cases) will be covered by a soft second mortgage from the City of Atlanta that does not have to be paid back until the property is sold. 
 

Program Requirements
 
To be eligible for this program, you MUST:
• Have a household income that does not exceed $56,950
• Not own ANY real estate
• Intend to make TWELVE Centennial Park your primary residence

To get pre-qualified for the program, you MUST provide:
• Your two most recent pay stubs
• 2006 and 2007 W2s
• 2005 and 2006 tax returns (if you have 2007 tax returns, please send 2006 and 2007 tax returns)

OR

If you are self-employed, you MUST provide:
• 2006 and 2007 1099s for the last two calendar years (if applicable)
• 2005 and 2006 tax returns (business and personal, please submit 2007 if you have done them already)
• A year-to-date Profit & Loss statement from your accountant
