Explore the 27 acre master plan for Atlanta's
flagship mixed income
development
This 32 acre development
along Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive is bringing new life to the
Adamsville community. This property was once home to a crime-ridden
set of apartment communities.
With an investment of considerable
resources, and in consultation with neighborhood residents,
ANDP is developing this mixed income demonstration project to
underscore the need for increased affordable housing via mixed income
developments. The surrounding community in Adamsville is already
beginning to show signs of improvement with reduced crime and business
growth.
Phase One of this project is the recently completed
Martin House,
a 153-unit independent living facility for those 55 years and older. Future phases will feature
single family homes, town homes and apartments. When complete, Adamsville place will feature
over 200 units of mixed income housing, lush landscaping and
generous site amenities.
