DeKalb County has two exciting
ways you can purchase a home
with NSP support - qualifying
buyers may purchase a home we
have identified and rehabbed or
you can purchase a foreclosed
home on your own and get up to
$25,000 for rehab and other
uses. The two sections below
"Acquisition, Rehab, Sales/Lease
Purchase" and "Second Mortgage
Program" explain these two
options. You may want to
go over this information with
your a Realtor of your choice.
if you plan to buy a home in ANY
program related to NSP, you will
need to complete a required
Homebuyer Education Workshop.

NSP :
Acquisition, Rehab, Sales/Lease Purchase
ANDP has been selected by DeKalb
County to implement its
Neighborhood Stabilization
Program. ANDP will be working
with DeKalb County Community Planning
Department officials to identify,
acquire, rehabilitate and market
previously foreclosed or abandoned
property. To learn more about these
properties as they become available,

UPDATE: Please note that the
DeKalb Second Mortgage Program
will be ending
as of April 30. Reservations for
the program must be secured by
April 30, 2010 and closing must
take place prior to June 30.
Moving forward, DeKalb NSP will
be focused on its
"Acquisition/Rehab" program. If
